Family-friendly fun

In 2023, the Adelaide fireworks returned to Elder Park/ Tarntanya Wama for the first time in four years, drawing a crowd of more than 80,000 people to the riverbank precinct. This year, the lights display is back and better than ever. Bring your kids to the park for family-friendly fireworks at 9pm, and continue the countdown to midnight to experience the Welcome 2025 fireworks with your loved ones.

The Glenelg stage, located on the beach, will be providing entertainment from 6pm onwards. This includes family fireworks synchronised to music at 9:30pm, an event sure to delight children of all ages. You can also ride the giant ferris wheel, located along the foreshore, for the duration of the holidays.
