EAT Festival (March)
EAT Festival is the premium food festival of the Sapphire Coast! Each year the region comes together on the foreshore of spectacular Merimbula Lake to celebrate the local chefs, cooks and produce of the region.

WinterSun Festival (June)
WinterSun Festival is an annual winter celebration of Merimbula’s connection to the water that surrounds the town. Staged in Merimbula over the three days of the June long weekend, celebrations include cold water swims, guided coast walks and a street party done in the way only Merimbula knows how!
Far South Film Festival (August)
Far South Film Festival showcases stories told by regional and remote filmmakers from around Australia. The festival is held in Merimbula in August each year.
Wanderer Festival (September / October)
A world-class music and arts festival held in one of Australia’s most pristine locations, Pambula Beach. A truly multi-generational experience, Wanderer welcomes traditional festival goers as well as families to the bucolic wonderland that is the Sapphire Coast.
Sapphire Coast Week of Golf (October)
The annual Sapphire Coast Week of Golf is the high point of the golfing calendar for the Far South Coast region at large. Held at Pambula Merimbula Golf Club, the tournament includes multiple days of women’s, men’s and mixed competitions.
Merimbula Classic (November)
The Merimbula Classic is an iconic celebration of wind and waves, where professionals mix it with amateurs in wave sailing, kite surfing and stand-up paddle surfing. It’s always a great event where anything can happen and usually does.
Merimbula Seaside Market (third Sunday of every month)
In sunny Ford Park, next to Merimbula’s Main Beach, come and enjoy Merimbula’s monthly market where a wealth of treasures, produce, fashion, plants, food, crafts and curios await.

SCULPTURE Bermagui is one of the region’s most popular events, showcasing sculptural works on the fringe of Horseshoe Bay in Bermagui. It is held over 9 days each March.
Four Winds Festival (April)
Four Winds Festival is held across the three days of the Easter long-weekend in a bushland setting at Barragga Bay. Music lovers gather to relax with picnics in the outdoor, 2000-seat, grassed amphitheatre for day-time and night-time concerts featuring renowned musicians from around Australia, performing on the stage known as the Sound Shell.
Eden Whale Festival (October)
The Eden Whale Festival is a long running festival that celebrates whale season and showcases the rich maritime and whale history of Eden, all set against the stunning backdrop of Twofold Bay.
